At City Pop, we strive for 100% snack satisfaction; however, due to the perishable nature of our gourmet popcorn and treats, we can only accept returns on non-food items or unopened, damaged goods. If your order arrives compromised, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your snacks.
- 2.Submit Documentation
Provide clear photos of the shipping box and the damaged product to help us process your claim with the carrier.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning eligible items.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After we verify the return, we will either ship out a fresh batch of your favorite flavor or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
